Dental Patient Information – Harker Heights, TX

Stress-Free Dental Care For Families

At Market Heights Family Dental, our dentists and dental team look forward to meeting you and making your visit a pleasurable experience. We understand that finding a new dental care provider can be a bit stressful; that’s why we are here to help. Below, you will find valuable information to prepare you for your first visit. After you review, please feel free to call our dental office with any additional questions.

Your First Visit

One of our dentists will discuss your dental history and the reason for your visit. We’ll then take a series of digital X-rays to determine the type of cleaning you’ll need. A complete oral exam will follow before we suggest a treatment plan that’s right for you.

If you’re new, you may wonder if you can have your teeth cleaned during the first visit. The answer is absolutely, as long as you don’t need periodontal treatment.

Emergency Dental Care

If you need emergency dental care, we will be glad to accommodate you for same-day care in most cases. Your doctor and the rest of the Market Heights Family Dental team will work quickly to help alleviate your discomfort and put your smile back on track.

Patient Forms

When you first arrive, you will fill out your new patient paperwork. This helps our team get to know you better. But if you want to avoid the extra time spent in our waiting area, you can complete your paperwork online by clicking one of the links below. If you haven't completed your paperwork before your appointment, it’s a good idea to arrive around fifteen minutes early so that you can complete these forms.

CareCredit Financing

Complex dental treatments can be costly, resulting in many patients putting off necessary treatment solely because of a lack of funds. With CareCredit, you can apply for one of the available payment plans and stay within your budget. Instead of paying in full, CareCredit allows you to break up the cost of your treatment into manageable monthly installments. This allows you to focus more on your oral health and less on financial expenses.

In-House Savings Plan

Uninsured individuals no longer need to feel as if high-quality dental care is out of reach. With our in-house savings plan, you can pay a one-time yearly fee as well as a one-time, non-refundable processing fee to receive access to basic preventive care as well as a discounted rate for all other available services. If you prefer to pay monthly, you are free to do so.
